Training the Trainer to Success

Our training goal is to ensure that you are able to quickly integrate the new software into your existing compensation practices. We’ve found that the best way to accomplish this is to train your compensation team, so you are self-sufficient early in the process. Customized training is typically arranged at your company’s site.

Once the compensation team is familiar with the features and options within the system, our customers typically conduct training to the end users, including line-of-business and HR management. Stewart Daly can also lead or participate in this training if desired.

For the typical end user who only uses the software occasionally, help is directly accessible from the application.

We understand that training can be required after the initial implementation as teams, organizations and philosophies change. In this case, you’re still not alone. We’ll conduct refresher training at your site as you need it.
