The decision is available to our customers not only upon the original implementation; many of our on-premise customers choose to convert to the other delivery option in later years as their needs and preferences change. Our flexible delivery options are designed to fit your needs; we are committed to deploying compensation software that works for you.

On-Premise Option

• You install our software on your environment under a one-time enterprise perpetual license
• Technical support, product updates are covered under an annual maintenance fee

SaaS Option

• You access the software hosted in our world-class hosting facility under a subscription license; typically a three year term
• Technical support, product updates, and hosting services are covered under the annual subscription license fee
