Harriet Stewart, President and CEO, directs the strategic path of Stewart Daly and is responsible for driving both the growth and profitability of the firm. She also contributes thought leadership combined with the principles of disruptive innovation to our product roadmap activities. Before starting her own firm, Harriet worked for Bank of America and PG&E, where she was known for her creative compensation technology solutions. She has led the company since 1993, seeing it grow from a single compensation consultant into a global organization.

Harriet graduated with honors from Occidental College and is a member of the Leaders Circle of the National Association of Women-Owned Businesses.

Jennifer Daly directs Solution Delivery across clients. Jennifer ensures our professional services organization reflects the company’s philosophy and standards and has responsibility for customer implementations, education, support and quality assurance. Her previous experience includes performance management, business consulting, and total compensation software delivery, as well as military training, administration, and logistics.

Jennifer holds a BS and MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, graduating summa cum laude. After serving as an officer in the Navy, she attended Stanford Law School. Jennifer also served for four years on the Board of Directors of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of IHRIM, the International Association of Human Resources Information Management.

As Director of Web Engineering, Michael is responsible for architecture and design of our compensation planning software as well as development planning and deployment of customer implementations. Prior to joining Stewart Daly, Michael created a successful offshore development center for Soft Tect in Anaheim, CA and had worked at Huddle247.com on systems integration for a document management system.

Michael received a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University in India highly ranked in networking and went on to start his career at Citibank in India as a Systems Engineer specializing in networking.
